The Certificate of Workplace
Competency is a valuable document—issued by Syracuse
University—that you can use to show employers that
you have the skills they are looking for. Earning the certificate
dramatically reduces the time it takes to acquire workplace-readiness
skills, and is an excellent way to showcase your abilities
and strengthen your portfolio when you apply for jobs.
The Certificate is awarded at three skills levels, based
on the competencies required for specific jobs.
