The ELI is open to those who are 17 years of age and older,
have completed at least high school studies, and, except
for language proficiency, are qualified to enter a University
in the U.S. Professionals who wish to improve their English
are also eligible.

1. Certified bank or financial statement.
2. Certified copies of academic records, OR proof
of acceptance at an American university, OR a statement
documenting the need to study English.
3. $60.00 application fee and $400.00 tuition deposit
(both non-refundable). Make check or money order payable to
Syracuse University.
4. Passport photo and copy of passport.
5. Additional $50.00 for express mail shipment, if
desired.
