Prospective Students

Orange Arrow Graduate Financial Aid Eligibility Requirements

Graduate students must meet most of the following requirements to be eligible for financial aid through University College:

  • Be admitted to one of the following programs:
    • Distance Ed (formerly, ISDP) Communications Management (M.S.)
    • Distance Ed (formerly, ISDP) Information Management (M.S.)
    • Distance Ed (formerly, ISDP) Library and Information Science (M.L.I.S.)
    • Distance Ed (formerly, ISDP) iMBA (loans only)
    • Distance Ed (formerly, ISDP) M.S.Sc.
    • Distance Ed (formerly, ISDP) Telecommunications and Network Management (M.S.)
    • Dietetic Internship
    • IM Washington, D.C. Program
    • IST Master's Certificate Program
  • Be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen with a valid Social Security number.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Be making satisfactory progress in your program of study.
  • Not owe an overpayment on any Title IV grant or loan and not be in default on a Title IV loan.
  • Register with the selective service, if required.
  • Meet the financial aid application deadlines for UC aid.
